Adding a Form to a Sales Quote

QuoteCloud provides the ability to add forms into sales quotes. This is a useful feature when collecting information from your customers.
To begin building a form, create or edit a sales quote.
In the Sales Quote Editor, click on the Insert button and then select Form.

A new form content block will be added. You can drag and drop blocks and fields into your form to customize its appearance and the type of information you collect from your customers.

Alternatively, you can also click on the Add Field button.

As an example, below is 2 Field Sets for Personal Information and Order Details.
