[Client company] is the pioneer and the only provider of women’s health care products / services in the west coast area. They have 25 sales representatives designated in each key city. Their sales representatives are required to memorize the features and benefits of each product / service and are tasked to complete 30 sales calls per day. Last year, 2 companies launched the same product / service and since then their sales have started to decline. To address this problem [client company] decided to upskill their most important asset - their sales representatives through a comprehensive sales training. 

The Challenge

Sales representatives from [client company] were able to get a lot of RFPs from prospect clients but only 20% of clients who were provided with RFPs bought the product/service. Also it has been found that these clients purchased from a competitor with the same price offering. 3 key issues identified in the sales process are:

1. Sales representatives who sent RFPs are used to following up after 2 days and through email.

2. Due to the number of target client calls, sales reps are only able to talk to clients for 5 minutes.

3. Sales representatives admitted that after the sales call with clients, even if they have memorized their product / services by heart, they were not able to convince some clients about the features and benefits.

This Training Contract (the “Contract”) states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between [your company] having its principal place of business at [office address] (the “Trainer”), and [[Client.Company]] (the “Client”) who agrees to this Contract.

5. NO MODIFICATION UNLESS IN WRITING. This Contract can be modified and amended through writing upon agreement of both Parties.

6. APPLICABLE LAW. This Contract and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of [state] and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in [county], [state].
