Style Settings for the Price Line Item Notes Feature
Each price line item in your sales quotes can optionally have additional notes insert by the sales consultant; this information appears below the price line item. By default, these notes are rendered in italic font (as seen in the screenshot below).
The Price Table Settings controller controls the styling of the notes section. Price Tables can be styled at a default company level, template level, and per sales quote. To adjust the default style (company level) of your sales quote price table notes, follow the steps below:

From the Sales Quote Dashboard, click on the Configuration menu, select the option Settings, and choose Default Price Table Settings.

The Default Price Table Settings tool has two components; the left panel shows a mockup of the price table with some areas that you can click into to make changes, such as data labels, price table footer and the Section name; the right panel contains style settings that can be updated by clicking on one of the section headings.
To adjust the settings for the Price Line Item Notes, click on the heading NOTES STYLE.
Next, you will see the settings appear (as shown below).
The Font Style setting allows you to select "Italics" or "Editor". The default is italics; if you prefer to set your own font presentation, set this option to "Editor". This will mean that whatever font style you set when adding notes using the text editor will be used in the sales quote (instead of forcing the italics font style).
The Font Family setting allows you to choose between "Times" or "Normal" typeface. The default is Times (Serif Typeface). This offers flexibility to help the price line item notes to stand out from the remainder of your price table and sales quote content.
The Line Style setting will dictate how the line drawn on the left of the notes text in the sales quote line item will appear. You can select Solid, Dashed, or Dotted. The default will be Solid.
To set the thickness of the line on the left of the line item notes, use the Weight input; the default is 1 (pixel) to increase the thickness type to a larger number, e.g., 2 or 3.
Using the Color field, the line colour can be set to "Grey" or "Theme" colour. The theme colour setting will set the colour of the line to the sales quote theme colour that you select when creating a sales quote.
After you have made your changes, click on the Save button (top right of the page)

After you click the Save button, you will see the confirmation message as shown below. Please note that your saved price table setting changes do not affect existing sales quotes until the sales quote is edited (or revised if sent already) and is saved again.

Changing Price Line Item Notes in a Sales Quote and Template
If you have the need to adjust the notes style for price tables in specific sales quotes, but not at a company-wide level, the process below can be followed in both the template setup and individual sales quotes within the Sales Quote Editor per each price line.
When hovering next to the price line item for the notes you wish to customise, a paintbrush icon will appear on the right-hand side.

Click on the paintbrush icon and scroll down to Line Item Notes section to adjust the:
- Background Colour
- Font, Text Colour & Size
