Select the container to copy
Hover over the container (row) you want to reuse inside your document.
Containers can include layouts, text blocks, tables, media, forms, and other content structures.
QuoteCloud allows you to duplicate or copy/paste rows that contain content blocks, such as text, images, or videos. This feature helps you quickly reuse layouts and maintain consistency across your documents.

Hover over the container (row) you want to reuse inside your document.
Containers can include layouts, text blocks, tables, media, forms, and other content structures.

Right-click on the container to open the context menu.
The menu includes controls for copying, duplicating, moving, and managing the selected row.

Click Copy from the context menu.
The selected container will now be stored temporarily and ready to paste elsewhere in the document.

Navigate to the location where you want the copied container to appear.
Click the + icon at the top or bottom of another container to open the insert menu.

From the insert menu, select Paste Content.
The copied container will be inserted into the selected position in your document.

Duplicating creates an immediate copy of a container directly below the original.
This is useful when reusing layouts, tables, timelines, pricing sections, or repeated content blocks.

Right-click on the container you want to duplicate.
Then navigate to the Container submenu.

Select Duplicate Container from the submenu.
QuoteCloud will instantly create a duplicate version of the selected row.

The duplicated container will appear directly below the original container.
All layouts, formatting, and content inside the row will be copied automatically.
