Steps to import products using CSV

Start the product import
Click the Import Product button to begin adding products to your library.

Upload your CSV file
Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload field to add it to the import workflow.

Parse the CSV file
Click Parse CSV to process the uploaded file and prepare it for column mapping.

Map CSV columns
Match each CSV column to its corresponding QuoteCloud product field using the available mapping options.

Process the mapped file
Once the mapping is complete, click Parse CSV again to validate and process the uploaded product data.

Import valid rows
Click Step 4. Import Valid Rows to import the validated product rows into your product library.

Track import progress
A progress dialog will appear, showing the current status of the import process while your file is being processed.

View row import status
Click the progress indicator to review the import status for individual product rows.
