2

Hover over a column border

Hover your mouse over the right border of the column header.

The column header is the letter at the top of the spreadsheet.

3

Resize the column

When the cursor changes to a left-right resize icon, click and drag.

Drag to make the column wider or narrower.

4

Release at the preferred width

Release the mouse when you have reached your preferred width.

Repeat the same process for any other columns that need adjustment.

5

Confirm column visibility

8

Resize the row

When the cursor changes to an up-down resize icon, click and drag.

9

Release at the preferred height

Release the mouse once the row height looks right.

Repeat this for any other rows that need more or less space.

10

Review the finished spreadsheet

Your spreadsheet should now look clean and properly spaced.
