Starter costs US$14.95 per user, per month and includes unlimited documents and e-signatures, text and image/gallery blocks, the image editor, PDF export and connection to your own email service. Price tables, APIs and AI are not included.

What currency will I be charged in?

Customers outside Europe, Australia and the UK are charged in USD. If you're in Europe, Australia or the UK, local-currency prices apply. Australian Essentials costs AU$64.95 and Business costs AU$94.95 per user, per month. All prices exclude applicable taxes.

How much storage is included?

Each paid user includes 500 MB of storage. Additional storage is US$9 per 5 GB.

What does API and Zapier document creation cost?

Documents created through the QuoteCloud API or Zapier cost US$2.00 each for 1–1,000 documents per month, US$1.80 each for 1,001–5,000, and US$1.60 each for 5,001+. Contact sales for volume pricing.

What is included with Enterprise?

Everything in Business, plus single sign-on (SSO), custom user reports, a direct account manager with premium 24×7 support, implementation support, a custom URL, the TravelDocs Duty of Care add-on and advanced security controls such as IP range filtering. Enterprise is priced per seat or per document — talk to sales.
