  3. Limited email support is provided during AEST business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm). Standard response time is within 48 hours. For urgent issues, consult our online Help Center or Community Forum for faster assistance. Premium support plans with 24×7 coverage and guaranteed SLAs are available as paid add-ons.
  4. Custom Branding is available as a paid add-on. Upload your own logo, colors, and custom domain for fully white-labeled document delivery. Requires a minimum of 5 users on the account.
  5. Initial Template Conversion: Receive one existing document template converted to our platform free during your trial. Additional template conversions can be added as a paid add-on, billed per template.
  6. Initial Training Session: Enjoy a complimentary 45-minute virtual Q&A session to get started. Additional 60-minute training sessions (covering setup, key features, and best practices) are available as a paid add-on and can be purchased as needed.
  7. Direct Account Manager & Premium Support: Included exclusively in the Enterprise plan. Provides a dedicated account manager, priority response channels, 24 × 7 support coverage, quarterly strategy reviews, and a guaranteed 4-hour response SLA.
  8. API & Zapier Document Creation Fees: Documents generated via our API or Zapier integrations incur the following per-document charges:
    • 1–1,000 documents/month: US $2.00 each
    • 1,001–5,000 documents/month: US $1.80 each
    • 5,001+ documents/month: US $1.60 each
