What is QuoteCloud for Travel Services?

QuoteCloud for Travel Services is a sales quoting and proposal software built to enhance travel itineraries created in your GDS or mid‑office system. It opens Tres CCTE itineraries directly so travel consultants can quickly add destination guides, images, PDFs, videos and other rich content—turning raw booking data into beautiful, client‑ready documents. QuoteCloud combines sales quoting software and proposal software features to speed up proposals, improve presentation and boost conversion.

How does the integration with Tres CCTE Mid‑Office work?

QuoteCloud is fully integrated with Tres CCTE Mid‑Office so itineraries exported from Tres CCTE can be opened inside QuoteCloud with itinerary data mapped automatically. This eliminates manual re‑entry and lets sales consultants immediately enrich the itinerary with photos, brochures, videos and custom notes. The result is faster, more accurate travel quotes and proposals that are ready to send to clients.

What types of content can I add to travel itineraries and quotes?

QuoteCloud lets you add images, maps, destination guides, embedded videos, PDF brochures, spreadsheets, links and custom text blocks to any itinerary. You can also build reusable content libraries with packing tips, visa and health advice, terms & conditions and promotional material—making it easy to drop rich content into every quote or proposal.

Are there ready‑made travel itinerary and proposal templates?

Yes. QuoteCloud includes travel itinerary templates (Style 1, Style 2 and Style 3) designed for different presentation needs—from a full sales proposal with pricing breakdowns and terms to a concise client itinerary. Each template has customizable fields for recipient details, travel dates, pricing, cancellation and liability clauses so you can produce consistent, professional travel proposals quickly.

How much does QuoteCloud cost for travel teams?

Pricing for QuoteCloud for Travel Services starts from AU$68.95 per user per month. A free 14‑day trial is available so teams can test the platform, open Tres CCTE itineraries, and build enhanced itineraries before committing to a plan.

Can clients access their itineraries on mobile?

Yes. QuoteCloud supports mobile delivery via the TravelDocs mobile experience, giving travellers on‑the‑go access to their itinerary content, documents and media. Mobile access helps improve customer convenience and keeps clients engaged with your sales proposals and trip details.

How does QuoteCloud as sales quoting software help my team close more bookings?

By turning raw booking data into visually rich, informative proposals, QuoteCloud improves client understanding and trust. Rich media (photos, videos, brochures) and clear pricing reduce follow‑ups, while content libraries and template automation speed up document creation—so sales consultants can send polished quotes faster and focus on closing. In short, QuoteCloud acts as both quote software and proposal software to create, automate and win more business.

What help is available to set up QuoteCloud and integrations?

You can start with a free 14‑day trial, request a demo, or contact QuoteCloud support for guided onboarding to ensure your sales proposal software is configured to match your processes.
