The guide explains three deletion methods in QuoteCloud: deleting a single document, deleting multiple selected documents at once using bulk actions, and emptying the Trash Bin to permanently remove all trashed items.
To delete one document, open your QuoteCloud dashboard, select the document row (or use the item’s action menu), then choose Delete or Move to Trash. UI specifics may vary (right‑click menu, action dropdown, or delete button), but the general flow is select → Delete/Move to Trash → confirm when prompted.
Use the dashboard’s multi‑selection controls (checkboxes or multi‑row selection) to pick the documents you want to remove. After selecting, use the bulk action such as Delete, Move to Trash, or Actions → Delete Selected to move all chosen items to the Trash Bin in one step.
Open the Trash Bin (usually the trash can icon in the dashboard header). Use the Empty Trash or Empty Trash Bin button to permanently delete every item in the bin, or select specific rows with checkboxes and use Actions → Delete Selected to permanently remove only those items. Each permanent deletion requires confirmation before proceeding.
Yes. QuoteCloud supports both selective and full deletion from the Trash Bin. Tick the checkboxes next to the rows you want to remove and use the bulk delete action to permanently delete just those items, or choose Empty Trash to remove everything at once.
No — deleting from the dashboard typically moves a file to the Trash Bin first. Items in the Trash Bin can be permanently removed by Empty Trash or by using permanent delete actions. Note that permanent deletion requires confirmation and cannot be undone, so double‑check before confirming.
The Trash Bin is usually accessible from the dashboard header as a trash can icon. Opening it shows trashed documents and provides controls to permanently delete individual items, delete selected items, or empty the entire bin.
QuoteCloud’s clear delete, bulk-delete and Trash Bin controls help keep your workspace tidy when using sales quoting software or sales proposal software. Move outdated quotes or proposals to the Trash Bin for review, then permanently remove them in bulk when you’re ready — reducing clutter while protecting against accidental permanent deletions with confirmation prompts.
