Navigate to the dashboard where your documents are displayed in the main document table.

Find the Dashboard Filters toggle button located above the dashboard table in the top-right toolbar area.

Click the Dashboard Filters button to display filter fields at the top of the document table.

Available filters may include document ID, consultant, title, created by, recipient details, and date fields depending on which dashboard columns are currently displayed.

Type directly into the Filter ID field to quickly locate a document using its document ID number.

Use the Consultant dropdown filter to select from the list of available users and narrow the document results.

Enter keywords into the Filter Title field to search for documents containing matching text in the document title.

Use the Created By dropdown filter to show documents created by a specific user.

Use the Filter Date field or date selection options to narrow documents by creation date or selected date range.

Apply multiple filter values at the same time to narrow down results and quickly locate a specific document.

As filters are applied, the document table will automatically update to display only matching documents.

Click the Clear button to remove all active filters and restore the full document list.
Column filters are interactive controls on the QuoteCloud Document Dashboard that let you narrow the documents list by specific criteria. Use them to filter documents by attributes such as status, date, recipient, or other column values so you can quickly locate relevant agreements, quotes, or proposals.
Open the filter menu for the column you want to search (for example Status, Date, or Recipient), choose the value or date range you need, and apply the filter. The dashboard will update instantly to show only rows matching that column criterion. Repeat with other columns to further refine results.
Yes. You can apply filters across multiple columns simultaneously to progressively narrow results. For example, filter by Status, then by Recipient, and finally by Date range to find a very specific set of documents or proposals.
The dashboard supports filtering on common document attributes — for example, status, date, and recipient. In general, any column that displays values can typically be filtered so you can refine the document list to the exact records you need.
Open the column filter menu and remove or reset the active criteria to clear each filter. If the dashboard includes a global "clear filters" control, use that to reset all filters at once. Clearing filters returns the Document Dashboard to the full, unfiltered document list.
When no documents appear, it usually means no items match the selected criteria. To resolve this, broaden or remove one or more filters — for example, expand the date range, remove a recipient filter, or clear all filters to confirm whether matching documents exist. Also check for typos or exact-value matches that may exclude results.
Start broad, then narrow: begin with a wide date range or a general status, then add recipient or other column filters to focus the results. Combine filters thoughtfully (status + recipient + date) to reduce noise, and clear or broaden filters if you unexpectedly see no results. Use filters regularly to speed searches and keep your document list manageable.
