Use the column filter menu to remove or reset the active criteria, or use any global “clear filters” control if available on your dashboard. Clearing filters returns the Document Dashboard to the full, unfiltered document list.
If no documents appear after applying a filter, it usually means no items match the selected criteria. Try broadening or removing one or more filters (for example, expand the date range or remove a recipient filter) or clear filters entirely to confirm whether matching documents exist.
Start with broad filters (wider date ranges or fewer criteria), then add additional column filters to narrow results. Combine status, recipient, and date filters to locate specific agreements quickly. If results are unexpectedly empty, clear filters and reapply them step by step to identify which criterion is excluding documents.
