- Set whether the signature is required and whether the sign-here pointer is shown.

Open the block menu
To adjust the settings, right-click on the E-Signature block.
This opens the block menu with the available E-Signature options.

Open E-Sign Block Settings
Choose E-Sign Block Settings from the block menu.
The settings panel will open so you can update the selected signature block.

Update the title placeholder
Change the title text to something more meaningful.
For example, use Signed by or Authorized Signature.

Edit the center placeholder
Adjust the placeholder inside the signature area.
For example, use Sign here, Your Signature, or Please provide your signature.

Keep important options enabled
Leave Required turned on if the recipient must sign this block.
Leave Show “Sign Here” Pointer turned on so the signature block is easy for recipients to notice.

Review the customised signature
Your E-Signature block is now customised and ready to use.
Check that the title and placeholder text display correctly in the document.
