How to Add Images to Your Document — FAQ
What methods can I use to add images to my document?
You can add images by uploading files from your computer, dragging and dropping image files directly into the document editor, or selecting images from QuoteCloud’s built‑in image library. These options let you quickly insert visuals to enhance proposals, quotes, and other documents. For detailed instructions, see the user guide.
Can I drag and drop images directly into the editor?
Yes. Dragging an image file from your desktop or folder into the document editor is supported as a fast way to insert images without navigating menus. For detailed instructions, see the How to Add Image guide.
How do I choose images from the built‑in image library?
When you click an Image block in the document editor, the Unsplash picker will appear. You can browse or search for the image you want, and it will be inserted into your document at the cursor’s location.
Can I include images in templates or branded documents?
Yes. Images can be added to templates and branded documents to keep proposals and generated documents visually consistent with your brand. Use images in headers, product sections, or template blocks to reinforce branding and clarity.
What other media types can I add besides static images?
In an Image block, you can add images and animated GIFs. Other media types, such as videos, are not supported. To add videos, use a Video block instead.
