Using the Text Editor Widget

  1. Create a Text Block in your document.
  2. Use the text editor toolbar to format content.

Create and format text blocks

Open block options

In the Document Editor, click the + button on the page to open the list of available blocks.

This displays the content blocks you can add to the document.

Choose a Text Block

Select the Text block from the block list.

A new Text Block is added to the page.

Enter your content

Click inside the Text Block and begin typing or paste your text.

The text editor toolbar appears when the block is active.

Format the text

Use the toolbar to adjust paragraph style, font, bold, underline, alignment, and other formatting options.

These controls help style the text directly inside the document.

Insert dynamic content

Use Data Items if you want to insert document or recipient data into the text.

Dynamic fields can personalize the document content.

Check the final formatting and placement of the Text Block.
