Learn how to select and apply custom uploaded fonts in QuoteCloud for your documents and templates, ensuring consistent branding and style.
Uploaded fonts are custom typefaces you add to QuoteCloud so you can use them in documents and templates. They let you keep proposals, quotes and other client‑facing documents visually consistent with your brand when using QuoteCloud as your sales quoting software or sales proposal software.
Open the font upload tool in QuoteCloud, choose the font file from your computer, and follow the on‑screen upload steps. Once the upload completes the font is added to your account and becomes available in the document and template editors for use in your quote software and proposal software workflows.
QuoteCloud supports TTF, OTF, WOFF and WOFF2 font formats. Each uploaded font file can be up to 50 MB in size.
Yes. QuoteCloud lets you select and upload multiple font files simultaneously so you can add entire font families or several weights (regular, bold, italic, etc.) in a single step.
After uploading, open the document or template editor, find the font or style selector, and choose your uploaded font from the list. The selected font will apply to the text elements you edit or to the template styles you update, ensuring consistent branding across documents produced by your quote software.
If a custom font that’s in use is deleted from your QuoteCloud account, affected documents and templates will automatically revert to the default font, Roboto. Before deleting a font, check where it’s used to avoid unintended visual changes to existing proposals or quotes.
Yes. Upload complete font families (regular, bold, italic, etc.) to keep documents consistent, test documents on multiple devices and with PDF exports to confirm rendering, and make sure you have the proper license to embed and distribute the font in client documents. Following these steps helps maintain brand consistency when using QuoteCloud as your sales quoting and proposal software.
Fonts will generally display correctly, but you should always test PDF exports and view documents on different devices to confirm. Whether a font embeds in a PDF or displays on a recipient's device can depend on the font format and licensing restrictions, so export and verify your documents before sending to clients. If you encounter issues, contact QuoteCloud support for help troubleshooting font embedding and distribution.
