QuoteCloud will display a User Information Updated confirmation message indicating that the contact details have been successfully updated and are now visible in the Users Dashboard.
Open your workspace's user management area, select the user record you want to update, and edit the profile fields such as First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Mobile Phone and Office Phone. Users with the User Account Controls permission can save these changes so the updated details are applied across the workspace.
Updated contact details—for example First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Mobile or Office Phone—appear wherever user metadata is shown in QuoteCloud, including Document Owner and Created By labels, document history and workflow entries. This ensures the latest information is visible across shared documents and audit trails.
No. Once a user has been verified, their email address cannot be edited. You may update other non-verified profile fields without affecting sign-in credentials. If you need to use a different email for a verified account, invite a new account or contact your QuoteCloud administrator for guidance.
Yes. Phone numbers, job titles and other non-verified profile fields can be updated without impacting the user's access or sign-in details. Those updates are reflected immediately in document metadata and team views after saving.
Only users granted the User Account Controls permission set—roles that allow creating, modifying and deleting user accounts—can edit other users' contact information. Regular users without those permissions cannot change other accounts.
From the user management area, open the user record and choose the option to resend an existing invitation or send a new invitation. Resend is typically used for users who were invited but haven't accepted yet. If the user is already verified and you need to invite a different email address, create a new user record or consult your QuoteCloud admin or support team.
Yes. Updated user metadata is shown across QuoteCloud, including on generated sales documents and audit trails. That means names, job titles and phone numbers will update in places where user details are referenced—helpful when using QuoteCloud as your sales quoting software or sales proposal software to keep quotes and proposals accurate.
If an email is verified and the field is locked, you cannot edit it directly. To use a different email, either create a new user account for that address or contact your QuoteCloud administrator or support. Changing non-verified fields like phone number or job title can still be done by users with the appropriate permissions.
