Allowing a Recipient to Change the Quantity to Order

Learn how to allow recipients to customise quantity and term values directly within a pricing table in the QuoteCloud editor.

Steps to enable quantity and term editing

Open the line item menu

Right-click on a line item within your pricing table to open the contextual menu.

Enable quantity editing

In the Row Options menu, click Enable Quantity Editing to allow recipients to modify quantity values directly in the pricing table.

Enable term editing (optional)

If your line item includes a Term field, you can also allow recipients to edit the term value by enabling Enable Term Editing.

Apply editing options to additional items

Repeat the process for any additional pricing table items where you want recipients to customise quantity or term values.

Preview the recipient experience

Click outside the pricing table area to preview how recipients will see the editable quantity and term fields.

Review editable input fields

Any pricing table item with visible input fields will allow recipients to edit the quantity or term directly within the proposal.
