Create New Itinerary Document Template

The Create New Itinerary Template feature lets you design a reusable, branded itinerary layout inside QuoteCloud so you can produce consistent, client-ready travel documents faster. Templates support structured sections for flights, hotels, transfers, activities and other itinerary components, and can be saved for reuse across your agency.

At a high level you design the layout, add and customise content blocks (sections, text, images and interactive elements), apply your branding, then save the result as a template. Once saved the template appears in your templates library and can be selected whenever you generate an itinerary to ensure consistency and speed up delivery to clients.

Yes. Templates can be connected to Travel APIs (for example Sabre GDS or CCTE) so bookings and itinerary items are automatically populated when API integrations and field mappings are configured. Make sure the relevant addon is installed and you test mappings and permissions before relying on automatic population.

Yes. QuoteCloud lets you add logos, brand colors, styled text, images and interactive content blocks to itinerary templates so your travel documents look professional and on-brand. Use sections and media elements to improve the client experience and make itineraries visually engaging and easy to navigate.

Yes — QuoteCloud's AI tools can help populate or suggest content for itinerary blocks, such as descriptive text, day-by-day summaries or activity descriptions. Always review AI-generated content for accuracy and client-specific details before finalising the itinerary.

After saving a template it is available in your templates library for reuse when creating new itineraries. To modify a template open it from the library, make your changes to layout or content blocks and save (you can overwrite or save as a new template). To remove a template, use the delete option in the template manager — be sure to confirm before deleting since this will remove the reusable layout.

Yes. Itineraries generated from QuoteCloud templates can be synced to the TravelDocs mobile app so clients have offline access, real-time updates and a consistent view of their travel plans. Ensure your QuoteCloud account and TravelDocs settings are connected and that the itinerary contains the elements you want clients to see on mobile.

Absolutely. Itinerary templates work alongside QuoteCloud's broader document generation, sales quoting software and sales proposal software capabilities.
