The Create New Itinerary Template process lets you design a fresh, customised itinerary layout in QuoteCloud. This guide walks you through creating and saving your template so you can quickly produce branded, professional itineraries for your clients.
1
From the left-hand sidebar, click Templates to access your template library.
This area contains all draft templates, published templates, and reusable document structures.
2
Click the green Create Template button to begin creating your itinerary template.
A template setup modal will appear where you can configure the template details.
3
In the Template Title field, enter a descriptive name for your itinerary template.
Choose a title that clearly identifies the template’s purpose or travel workflow.
4
Select or enter a category for your template.
Categories help organize templates and make them easier to locate later.
5
Optionally enter a description explaining the purpose or structure of the template.
Descriptions are useful for teams managing multiple itinerary templates.
6
Choose whether to publish the template immediately or keep it as a draft.
Only published templates are available when creating new documents.
7
Click Create to generate your new itinerary template.
The QuoteCloud editor will then open with a blank template ready for customization.
8
Hover over the page and click the Append (+) button to add content blocks.
You can insert text, images, layouts, pricing tables, itinerary placeholders, and other content blocks into the template.
9
From the content block menu, select Itinerary.
This creates an itinerary placeholder block that will automatically populate with live itinerary data later.
10
Add a Pricing Table block for travel costs, package pricing, or itinerary payment details.
Pricing tables can also be configured as API placeholders for automated travel pricing data.
11
Right-click the Pricing Table and select Pricing Table Settings.
This opens the Pricing Table configuration panel on the right-hand side of the editor.
12
In the settings panel, enable Set as itinerary/API placeholder.
This tells QuoteCloud to automatically replace the pricing table content with live itinerary pricing data.
13
Continue adding additional blocks, sections, layouts, branding, and travel content as needed.
You can fully customize the itinerary experience to match your business and travel workflow requirements.
