The Travel Itinerary Add‑on is a QuoteCloud feature that lets travel advisors manually build detailed itineraries inside the document editor using the Itinerary block. It combines structured segments (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) with AI-generated content and images so you can produce a polished travel guide for clients while leveraging QuoteCloud as your quote software and proposal software.

Create a new document or open an existing one, add the Itinerary block, then add and populate segments for flights, hotels, transfers and activities. Use the AI suggestions tool to enrich descriptions and the image generator to produce visuals, edit any generated content to match your brand or client needs, then review and publish the itinerary for client delivery. This workflow works whether you use QuoteCloud as sales quoting software or sales proposal software.

Yes. Segments inside the Itinerary block can be reordered so the itinerary flow matches the actual travel schedule or your preferred presentation order. Reordering is done directly within the Itinerary block—drag-and-drop or the provided controls let you move segments into the correct sequence for a clear client-facing itinerary.

Yes. Flight‑style itinerary segments support assigning and removing passengers so manifests and passenger lists remain accurate. Use the passenger management controls on each flight segment to edit traveler assignments, which helps keep documentation correct when creating quotes or final travel proposals.

Yes. Any AI-generated text or images created for an itinerary are editable within QuoteCloud. After generating suggestions or visuals, use the built‑in editing tools to refine copy, adjust tone to your brand voice, and replace or tweak images so the final Travel Guide and proposals align with client preferences and your agency styling.
