Create an itinerary block
Inside your document, click the + button to open the content block menu.
This allows you to add itinerary sections, travel segments, pricing tables, and supporting travel content.

Insert the itinerary block
From the content block list, select Itinerary.
This creates a manual itinerary container where travel segments can be added and customized.

Add a new itinerary segment
Right-click on the itinerary block and navigate to Add a Segment.
You can manually add travel segments such as Flights, Hotels, Cars, Trains, Transfers, Tours, Cruises, Insurance, Activities, and more.

Choose the segment type
In this example, select Flight from the segment list.
QuoteCloud will automatically insert a Flight itinerary segment into the document.

Enter the flight details
Fill out the required itinerary information including departure city, destination, airline details, flight number, and travel dates.
In this example, the destination is set to Sydney.

Configure accurate destination information
Setting the correct destination allows QuoteCloud to generate accurate travel content, local attractions, imagery, and travel recommendations.
This information is used by the AI-powered travel guide system.

Generate an AI travel guide
Right-click on the flight segment and select Generate Travel Guide.
QuoteCloud will automatically begin generating AI-powered travel content for the selected destination.

Wait for the travel guide generation
QuoteCloud will generate destination images, recommended attractions, and curated travel information based on your itinerary destination.
The generated content will automatically appear within your document once completed.

Review the generated travel guide
The AI-generated travel guide includes destination imagery, local attractions, sightseeing suggestions, and travel recommendations.
This creates a richer and more engaging travel itinerary experience for recipients.

Customize the itinerary content
You can freely edit the generated content, add notes, adjust recommendations, or insert additional travel information as needed.
This allows you to tailor the itinerary into a polished, client-ready travel document.
