A default style is the pre-set design and formatting that QuoteCloud applies automatically to new itinerary documents created from a template. It controls layout, fonts, colors, section order and the appearance of itinerary blocks (for example a "Flight" preset), ensuring every generated travel itinerary matches your branding and formatting standards.
Open the template that contains your itinerary block, open the itinerary block or template styling settings, choose a preset (such as a "Flight" preset) or customize fonts, colors and layout, then save the template. The chosen default style will be applied automatically to new itinerary documents generated from that template.
Yes. Update the default style in the template and save your changes. New itinerary documents generated after the change will use the updated style. Existing documents typically retain the style they were generated with unless you explicitly re-generate or update them from the modified template.
Setting a default style enforces consistent fonts, colors, section order and layout across all itineraries so clients receive a uniform, professional experience. It reduces manual formatting work, helps enforce brand guidelines and speeds up high-volume document production—useful when you’re producing documents through sales quoting software or sales proposal software.
Yes. QuoteCloud provides presets (for example, a "Flight" preset) and also allows you to customize layout and formatting. You can select a preset or build a custom style and save it as the template default so specific itinerary types render exactly as you need them.
Yes. Default styles are saved at the template level, so each template can have its own default style. That lets you maintain different branding or layout rules for different products, clients or itinerary types while using the same QuoteCloud quote software or proposal software platform.
New itineraries generated after you update the template will reflect the new style wherever they are viewed, including the TravelDocs mobile app when synced. Existing itineraries already delivered to clients or stored offline in TravelDocs normally keep their original styling unless you re-generate or explicitly push updates from the modified template.
