Navigate to the QuoteCloud login screen to begin creating your new company account.

On the login page, click REGISTER HERE to create a new QuoteCloud company account.

Fill in your email address and password, then click Register with Password to begin creating your free trial account.

Fill in all required company and personal information fields including first name, last name, company name, mobile number, country, and company size.

After completing the mandatory fields, click the Next button to continue with the account setup process.

Enter your team members’ email addresses to send invitations allowing them to join your QuoteCloud company account.

Click the Add button to include multiple team members in your QuoteCloud account setup.

Alternatively, click Skip if you want to complete team invitations later after your account setup is finished.

Click Continue to complete the company account creation process and proceed to the QuoteCloud dashboard.

After registration, you will automatically be logged in to the QuoteCloud dashboard, but account verification is still required to unlock all features.

Check your inbox for the QuoteCloud verification email sent to your registered email address.

Open the verification email and click the Activate Account button to verify your email address and activate your free trial account.

Once verification is completed, QuoteCloud will confirm that your account setup is complete and ready for creating documents and managing your workspace.
Follow the on‑screen registration flow to create your organisation record and the initial administrator user. The process collects basic company details and lets you configure core document and account settings so you can start creating quotes and proposals right away with QuoteCloud's sales quoting software.
During registration set essential document defaults such as Country, Language, Currency, and Date Format. Configuring these defaults up front ensures your quotes and documents use the correct regional settings and keeps formatting consistent across your organisation.
Use the User Management section to invite team members, create user accounts, and manage access. From there you can send invitation emails, activate or deactivate accounts, and update user details. This centralised user management makes it easy to run your quote software and keep your team in sync.
QuoteCloud supports role‑based access control. Create or choose user roles and assign permissions that control access to documents, quoting features, templates, and administrative functions. Yes. During setup and from Document Settings you can upload branded templates, set default terms, and choose formatting options. Using templates and document defaults in your proposal software speeds up document creation and ensures consistent branding and compliance across all quotes and proposals.

The initial administrator account is created during registration and has full access to company settings, templates, and user management. You can add additional administrators or change admin permissions later through User Management by assigning the appropriate role and permissions to other team members.
