What is the "Resend / Send New Invitation" feature in QuoteCloud?
Resend / Send New Invitation lets workspace administrators re-deliver or issue a fresh invitation to people who were already invited to join your QuoteCloud workspace.
Who can resend or send invitations in QuoteCloud?
Only users who have been granted role permissions for User Account Controls (which allows them to create, modify, and delete user accounts) can resend or send invitations.
How will invited users receive the invitation?
Invited users receive the invitation by email. If they don’t see it, ask them to check their inbox, spam/junk folder, and any email filtering rules that might block automated messages.
What should I do if an invited user never receives the invitation?
First, confirm that the invited email address is correct. Ask the recipient to check their spam/junk folders and any email filters. Then use the Resend or Send New Invitation option to re-deliver the invite. If issues persist, refer to the QuoteCloud support for further assistance.
Can I change the email address for an existing invitation?
Yes, you can edit Unverified Users and update their email address before they accept the invitation. Once a user is verified, their email cannot be edited.
How can I confirm an invitation has been accepted?
Once a user accepts the invitation, the Unverified badge next to their full name will disappear. If the red badge is no longer displayed, it indicates that the invitation has been accepted.
