From the profile menu, select Settings to access account and user management options.

Under the Users & Roles section, click Users to view all company user accounts.

Locate a user account displaying the UNVERIFIED status, which indicates the invitation has not yet been accepted or completed.

Click the dropdown options menu located next to the Edit button for the selected user account.

From the dropdown menu, click Resend Invitation to send a new invitation email to the selected user.

Look for the confirmation message Invitation sent successfully, indicating that the new invitation email has been delivered.

QuoteCloud will display an Invitation Resent confirmation message explaining that a new invitation has been sent and the user status will update once setup is completed.

Once the invited user accepts the invitation and finishes account setup, their account status will automatically update and they will gain dashboard access.
The "Resend / Send New Invitation" feature lets workspace administrators re-deliver an existing invite or issue a fresh invitation to people who were previously invited to your QuoteCloud workspace. It ensures invited users receive a new invite email so they can complete account verification and access the workspace.
Only users who have been granted the User Account Controls permission can resend or send new invitations. This role permission allows qualified team members to create, modify, delete user accounts and manage invitation delivery for your workspace.
Invited users receive the invitation by email. The message contains the link and steps needed for account verification and access. If they do not see the invite in their inbox, they should check spam or junk folders and review any email filtering or blocking rules that could prevent automated messages.
First confirm the invited email address is correct. Ask the recipient to check inbox, spam/junk folders, and any email filters. Use the Resend or Send New Invitation option in QuoteCloud to re-deliver the invite. If delivery problems persist after resending, contact QuoteCloud support for assistance.
Yes. You can edit Unverified Users and update their email address before they accept the invitation. Once a user is verified (after they accept), their email address cannot be edited from the account settings — you would need to create a new user or contact support for help.
When an invited user accepts the invitation, the red “Unverified” badge next to their name will be removed and their account status will change to verified in the user list. You can also view the user’s profile or activity log to confirm the acceptance timestamp.
Resending or sending a new invitation only re-delivers the verification email for the invited (unverified) user record — it does not overwrite or delete existing verified accounts. If a user already completed verification, resending is unnecessary and will have no effect on their current access.
