Navigate to Settings and select Workflow from the left-side menu.

Navigate to Settings and select Workflow from the left-side menu.

On the workflow setup screen, click Create from a template to begin building a workflow using pre-made templates.

If you are viewing the workflow list page, click Create New Workflow and then select Create from template.

A list of pre-built workflow templates will appear, each designed for different approval and automation scenarios.

Select the template that best matches your workflow requirements. Available examples include Single-Step Approval, Two-Level Approval, Approval by Value Threshold, and Approval by Discount Level.

The selected template will display a visual workflow preview showing the trigger conditions, approval nodes, and workflow endpoints.

Click Customize Workflow to generate a workflow based on the selected template.

The workflow editor will open automatically with the selected workflow template already configured.

The generated workflow may include pre-configured trigger conditions, approval steps, and Ready to Send or Reject to Send workflow paths.

Modify the workflow conditions, approvers, actions, or endpoints to match your organisation’s approval process.

Once configured, click Save and optionally Activate the workflow to begin using it in your approval processes.
