Adding a Subtotal to a Price Table
This guide will help you learn how to add a subtotal to a price table in QuoteCloud. Understanding this feature enables you to break down and highlight specific sections of your pricing, making your documents clearer and more organized for better client understanding
Once all line items have been correctly inserted into the Price Table, you can create and manage Subtotals for different sections.
Click the Add Section button at the bottom of the Pricing Table.
Rename the Section Title to the desired name and style it to your preference.
Create as many Section Titles as required and then order them within the Pricing Table. Use the Drag and Drop feature on the left handside (little dots) to move them up or down.
Right click on the Section Title. Scroll down the pop up menu and select Section Header Options. Then select Show Group Subtotal in the right handside pop up menu.
Repeat this procedure for the Section Titles which require a visible Subtotal.
The Subtotals will then appear in the Total Column on the right handside of the Pricing Table.
In Review mode the Subtotals are visible.
