Learn how to sort Content Library records using table column headers to quickly organize and locate information.

Steps to sort the table

Select a column header

Click the column header you want to sort by. The table will automatically organize records based on the values in that column.

View ascending order

The first click applies an ascending sort. An ascending sort icon will appear next to the column header to indicate the current sorting direction.

Switch to descending order

Click the same column header again to sort the records in descending order. The sort icon will update to reflect the new direction.

Clear the sorting

Click the same column header a third time to remove the sorting and return the table to its default order.

Verify the default view

Once the sort indicator disappears, the table will revert to its original sorting configuration.
