Steps to clear selected documents

Select one or more documents

Begin with multiple documents already selected and highlighted within the document table.

Open the selection options menu

Click the ellipsis (...) button located above the document table to access additional selection management options.

Choose Clear Selection

From the dropdown menu, click Clear selection to remove all currently selected documents.

Verify the selection has been removed

The selected documents are automatically deselected and the highlighted rows are cleared from the document table.

Continue working with documents

Once the selection is cleared, you can start a new selection or continue managing documents as needed.
