Steps to mark a document as sent

Locate the document

Find the document you want to update within your Documents list.

Open the document options menu

Click the ellipsis (...) icon located on the right side of the document row to access additional actions.

Alternative: Right-click the document

You can also right-click the document to display the available document actions.

Select Mark as Sent

From the document actions menu, click Mark as Sent to indicate that the document has been sent.

Verify the status update

Once selected, the document status will immediately update to Sent in the Status column.
