Steps to save a document as a template

Open more actions
Click the ellipsis (...) or More actions button beside the document to display additional document options.

Select Save as Template
From the document actions menu, click Save as Template to convert the selected document into a reusable template.

Confirm template creation
Wait for the confirmation message indicating that the document has been successfully converted into a template.

Use the template for future documents
The newly created template can now be accessed from the Templates section and used when creating new documents.
