Steps to transfer a document to a colleague

Locate the document

Find the document you want to transfer from your Documents list.

Open the document options menu

Click the ellipsis (...) button beside the document to display additional actions.

Select Transfer to a Colleague

From the document actions menu, click Transfer to a Colleague to open the ownership transfer window.

Open the owner dropdown

In the Transfer Ownership window, click the Document Owner dropdown to view available colleagues.

Select a colleague

Choose the colleague who should become the new owner of the document from the available list.

Save the ownership transfer

Click the Save button to confirm the transfer and assign ownership of the document to the selected colleague.
