Navigate to the Dashboard where your document list and status filters are displayed.

In the Statuses section of the left-hand sidebar, click Show more to reveal additional document status filters.

Click the Alert status option from the expanded list of document statuses.

The document table updates to display only documents that currently have an Alert status.
