Learn how to permanently remove multiple documents from the Trash folder using the bulk delete feature.

Steps to permanently delete multiple documents

Open the Trash folder

Navigate to the Dashboard and click the Trash option in the left-hand navigation panel to view deleted documents.

Select the first document

Click the checkbox beside the first document you want to permanently remove.

Select additional documents

Continue selecting the checkboxes beside any other documents you want to permanently delete. Selected documents will be highlighted.

Open the bulk actions menu

Click the ellipsis (three dots) button located in the table header to access available bulk actions.

Select Delete Documents

From the dropdown menu, click Delete Documents to begin the permanent deletion process.

Review the confirmation message

A confirmation dialog appears showing the number of selected documents and warning that the action cannot be undone.

Confirm permanent deletion

Click the Delete button to permanently remove all selected documents from the system.

Verify the documents have been removed

The selected documents are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored from the Trash folder.
