Steps to edit text and styles

Select the node

Click on the specific node (shape) you wish to edit. This will highlight the node and reveal the interaction icons.

Click the Add Text icon

With the node active, two icons will appear. Click the Add Text icon (usually on the left) to enable typing mode.

Format your text

Once text mode is active, a toolbar appears at the top. Use this to adjust the font family, bold/italic styles, and font size for that specific node.

Access Default Typography

To set a global style, go to the Diagram Settings in the right-hand panel and click on Default Typography.

Set global text styles

In the Default Diagram Text Settings, you can configure the font family, weight, color, and paragraph spacing that will be applied to all newly created text in the diagram.
