Start in the document editor

In this tutorial, you will create a PDF page in Canva and embed it directly into your document.

Begin on the page where you want to add the PDF content.

Open block options

Click the + button in the editor to open the available content blocks.

This lets you add new content to the document page.

Choose the PDF block

Select the PDF block from the block list.

The PDF block is used to embed PDF content into your document.

Open the PDF picker

Click the option to add or choose a PDF file.

The picker will open with available upload and creation options.

Launch Canva

Click the Canva button from the picker.

A new browser tab will open with the Canva editor.

Design the PDF page

Create your PDF page from scratch or choose a Canva template.

Customize the design so it matches the purpose of your QuoteCloud document.

Return to QuoteCloud

When you are finished, click Return to QuoteCloud in the top-right corner of Canva.

Follow the instructions to send the PDF design back into QuoteCloud.

Review the embedded PDF

The Canva-created PDF page will now be embedded into your document.

Check the placement and continue editing as needed.
