Open Page Settings
Click Page Settings from the dropdown menu.
The Page Settings panel will open on the side of the editor.

Switch to a single page
Turn on Single Page to make the page use a fixed-height layout.
This enables page-level background image options.

Check the page size
Review the page size and orientation settings.
Adjust them if the page needs a specific fixed-height format.

Choose an image background
Under Page Style → Background, select Image.
This changes the page background type to an image.

Add the image
Under Background Image, click Add.
Choose an existing image or upload a new background image.

Review the page
The selected image is applied as the page background.
Check the page layout and content spacing over the background image.
