Click the message icon in the top-right corner of QuoteCloud to open the support panel.

Click Ticket history to view your existing support requests.

Click Create Support Request to open a new support ticket form.

Add a brief summary of your issue in the Title field.

Enter a detailed description of your issue, including any relevant context, steps, or error messages.

Use the Issue Type dropdown to choose the category that best matches your request.

If needed, select a priority level for your support ticket.

Click Create Ticket to submit your support request.
