Learn how to create and manage support tickets in QuoteCloud when you need help from the support team.

Steps to submit a support request

Open the support widget

Click the message icon in the top-right corner of QuoteCloud to open the support panel.

Open ticket history

Click Ticket history to view your existing support requests.

Create a new support request

Click Create Support Request to open a new support ticket form.

Enter a ticket title

Add a brief summary of your issue in the Title field.

Describe the issue

Enter a detailed description of your issue, including any relevant context, steps, or error messages.

Select an issue type

Use the Issue Type dropdown to choose the category that best matches your request.

Choose a priority

If needed, select a priority level for your support ticket.

Submit the ticket

Click Create Ticket to submit your support request.

Summary

You have successfully created a support ticket!

Your support request is now submitted, and you can return to ticket history to view or manage your requests.
