Steps to view your support requests

Open the support widget

Click the chat icon located in the top-right corner of QuoteCloud to open the support panel.

Open ticket history

Select Ticket History to view all of your submitted support requests.

Locate a support ticket

Browse the list of support tickets and identify the request you want to review.

Open the ticket details

Click the support ticket to view its complete details and current status.

Review ticket information

View important details such as the assigned support agent, ticket status, category, priority level, creation date, updates, description, and attachments.
