Open Sales Forecast

From the left-hand navigation menu, click Sales Forecast to access your sales projections and forecasting tools.

When the Sales Forecast page opens, the default view is the Kanban layout, displaying opportunities grouped by confidence levels such as Very Doubtful, Not Confident, 50/50, Confident, and Verbal Approval.

In the upper-right corner of the Sales Forecast page, locate the view toggle controls.

Click the menu icon near the top-right area of the forecast screen to reveal additional view options.

Select the List View option to change the forecast display from Kanban cards to a structured table layout.

The forecast is displayed as a table showing document names, probability levels, forecast amounts, forecast dates, and available actions.

Use the List View format to compare forecasts more easily and review sales data across multiple opportunities.

Use the view controls again to return to the Kanban layout for a more visual representation of your sales pipeline.
