Open the Sales Forecast module
Navigate to the Dashboard and click Sales Forecast from the left-hand navigation menu.

Navigate to the Dashboard and click Sales Forecast from the left-hand navigation menu.

Find the forecast record you want to update within the forecast table.

Locate the Probability column associated with the selected opportunity.

Click the probability dropdown menu to view the available forecast confidence levels.

Choose from available options including Very Doubtful (0%), Not Confident (25%), 50/50 (50%), Confident (75%), and Verbal Approval (100%).

Click the confidence level that best reflects the likelihood of the opportunity being successfully completed.

Confirm that the selected confidence level is now displayed in the Probability field for the opportunity.
