Assigning or removing passengers from flight segments (Flight style itinerary)

In the "flight" style itinerary, QuoteCloud lets you assign or remove passengers from specific flight segments to ensure accuracy in travel documentation. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to manage passenger assignments efficiently.

Manage passengers for flight itinerary segments

Open the passenger selector

Inside the flight itinerary segment, click the Passengers button located beneath the segment details.

This opens a dropdown list of available passengers linked to the itinerary.

Assign a passenger to the segment

Click the name of the passenger you want to assign to the flight segment.

The selected passenger will immediately be added to the passenger list for that flight.

Add a new passenger if required

If the passenger does not yet exist, click Add a passenger from the dropdown menu.

This allows you to create a brand-new passenger record directly from the itinerary editor.

Review assigned passengers

Assigned passengers will appear in the passenger table beneath the flight segment details.

Each passenger record includes associated travel information such as seat, class, ticket, and frequent flyer details.

Remove a passenger from the segment

To remove a passenger, click the Delete button located on the right side of the passenger row.

The selected passenger will immediately be removed from the flight segment assignment.

Confirm the updated passenger list

After removal, the passenger list will automatically refresh to display only the currently assigned travellers.

Your itinerary segment is now updated and ready for further editing.

Passenger assignments for the flight segment have now been successfully updated.
