Identify the itinerary segment
Review your itinerary and locate the segment you want to remove from the document.
In this example, an accommodation itinerary segment will be deleted from the itinerary flow.

Open the segment context menu
Right-click directly on the itinerary segment you want to delete.
This opens the context menu containing segment management and editing options.

Delete the itinerary segment
From the context menu, select Delete Content.
This will permanently remove the selected segment from the itinerary document.

Review the updated itinerary
Once deleted, the itinerary will automatically reorganise and close the gap left by the removed segment.
Remaining itinerary content will continue displaying in the correct document order.

Continue editing your itinerary
You can continue managing your itinerary by adding, removing, duplicating, or reordering additional segments.
This helps keep travel itineraries accurate and easy for recipients to follow.
