Set a Default Style for Itinerary Documents

In the "flight" style itinerary, QuoteCloud lets you assign or remove passengers from specific flight segments to ensure accuracy in travel documentation. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to manage passenger assignments efficiently.

  2. Keep your travel itinerary clean, accurate, and organised.

Remove itinerary segments from your document

Identify the segment to remove

Review the itinerary and locate the segment you no longer want included in the document.

In this example, an accommodation itinerary segment will be removed from the travel itinerary.

Open the segment context menu

Right-click directly on the itinerary segment you want to delete.

This opens the segment context menu containing editing and management options.

Select the delete option

From the segment context menu, click Delete Content.

This will remove the selected itinerary segment from the document.

Confirm the segment removal

Once deleted, the itinerary segment will immediately disappear from the itinerary page.

The remaining itinerary content will automatically reposition within the document layout.

Continue editing the itinerary

Your itinerary is now updated and ready for further editing or additional segment management.

You can continue adding, editing, duplicating, or removing other itinerary segments as needed.

Finished

The unwanted itinerary segment has now been successfully removed from the document.
