Type your registered work email address into the email input field.

Choose a login method
Select either Sign in with Magic Link, Sign in with Passkey, or Continue with Password depending on your preferred authentication method.

Sign in using Magic Link
Click Sign in with Magic Link to receive a secure login email containing either a magic login link or a 6-digit verification code.

Verify your login request
Open the email sent to your registered email address and either click the magic login link or enter the provided 6-digit verification code.

Alternatively, click Continue with Password if you prefer signing in with your account password.

How do I sign in to QuoteCloud with my existing credentials?
Sign in with the email address registered to your account and your password. On the sign-in screen you can also choose 'Sign In with Magic Link' to receive a secure login link and a 6‑digit code via email. Use either the emailed link or enter the 6‑digit code to access your account.
What will I be able to access after signing in?
After you sign in you'll be redirected to your QuoteCloud dashboard where you can start creating and managing documents immediately. This includes building quotes and proposals, using our sales quoting software and sales proposal software features, accessing templates, managing customers, and any integrations available on your plan.
How does Sign In with Magic Link work?
When you select the Magic Link option, QuoteCloud sends an email to your registered address containing a secure clickable link plus a 6‑digit code. You can sign in by clicking the link in the email or by entering the 6‑digit code on the sign-in screen. It's a quick, password-light way to access your quote software account securely.
How do I sign in to QuoteCloud using a passkey?
To sign in with a passkey, choose the passkey option on the sign-in screen and follow the on-screen instructions. If prompted, scan the displayed QR code with a registered device such as your phone or tablet, or complete the device-specific authentication flow. Once authenticated on your device, you'll be signed into QuoteCloud without entering a password.
What types of login methods can I use in QuoteCloud?
QuoteCloud supports multiple secure sign-in methods: traditional email plus password, Sign In with Magic Link (secure email link and 6‑digit code), and passkey authentication via a registered phone or tablet. These options let you pick whichever method best fits your security and convenience needs when using our proposal software or quote software.
Can I choose which sign-in method to use each time I log in?
Yes. On the sign-in screen you can select the option that suits you for that session — enter your email and password, request a Magic Link and 6‑digit code, or authenticate with a passkey-enabled device. This flexibility makes it easy to access your sales quoting software from different locations and devices.
Which devices support passkey authentication?
Passkey authentication works with registered devices such as modern smartphones and tablets. During sign-in, QuoteCloud will prompt you to scan a QR code or follow on-screen instructions on your registered device to complete the passkey flow. Make sure your device supports platform passkeys and is registered with your account.
Can I use the 6‑digit code instead of the Magic Link?
Yes. When QuoteCloud emails the Magic Link it also sends a 6‑digit code to the same address. If you prefer not to click the link, simply enter the 6‑digit code on the sign-in screen to authenticate. This provides an alternative way to access your account while using the same secure email-based verification.
