Steps to create a new workflow

Open Settings

From the account menu in the lower-left corner, click Settings to access your account configuration options.

Open the Workflow section

In the Settings menu, select Workflow to manage and create workflows.

Review the workflow dashboard

If no workflows currently exist, the workflow setup screen will appear prompting you to create your first workflow.

Start a workflow from scratch

Click Create from scratch to begin building a custom workflow manually.

Review existing workflows (optional)

If workflows already exist in your account, the workflow list page will display all current workflows along with their status and management options.

Create a workflow from the workflow list

From the workflow list page, click the Create New Workflow button and select Blank workflow to create a workflow from scratch.

Open the workflow editor

After creating the workflow, the workflow editor will open automatically with a basic workflow structure already prepared.

Review the workflow structure

The editor includes a default Trigger node and an Add a step placeholder where additional workflow actions can be added.

Save the workflow

Click the Save button in the top-right corner to save your new workflow configuration.

Begin configuring workflow automation

Your workflow is now ready for additional trigger conditions, approval nodes, switch nodes, and automated workflow actions.
