On the Editor page, you can view and edit your document in real time.
The editor allows you to add content, manage layouts, insert media, and prepare documents for sharing.

On the Editor page, you can view and edit your document in real time.
The editor allows you to add content, manage layouts, insert media, and prepare documents for sharing.

The section tabs on the left-hand side allow you to quickly navigate between important parts of your document.
Click any section to jump directly to that area while editing.

Click the blue Plus (+) marker between pages or at the bottom-left of the editor to add additional pages or sections.
The add controls are also available between content areas throughout the document.

Content blocks include their own Plus (+) buttons at the top and bottom of each block.
Clicking these buttons allows you to insert new content such as Text Blocks, Images, Videos, Pricing Tables, Forms, and more.

Click directly inside a Text Block to begin editing.
The formatting toolbar at the top of the editor lets you adjust fonts, styles, spacing, alignment, and additional formatting options.

Use the Add Column (+) icon on either side of a content block to insert content beside existing blocks.
This allows you to create flexible multi-column layouts for text, images, videos, and other content types.

Hover between columns to reveal the blue layout toolbar.
From here you can swap columns, insert additional columns, adjust widths, and reorganise the structure of your content.

The right-hand toolbar contains additional editor tools and document utilities.
From here you can manage recipients, access content libraries, use data items, export to PDF, and configure document settings.

Click the Preview button to see exactly how recipients will view your document.
Preview mode helps you confirm layouts, formatting, and interactive content before sending.

Use the undo and redo buttons in the top toolbar to quickly reverse or restore edits.
Keyboard shortcuts are also supported:
Windows: Ctrl + Z / Ctrl + Shift + Z
Mac: Command + Z / Command + Shift + Z

When your document is ready, click the green Send button.
You can choose to send via email, generate a shareable link, or use in-person signing options.
