A demonstration. Three QuoteCloud quotes from Larkfield Joinery sit beside a Google Sheets quote tracker. Sending a quote can add its row to the sheet with the quote number, client and total. When the client signs, the row can change to Signed and the signed total at the bottom of the sheet adds it in. With all three signed, the tracker's signed total is $54,080.

One row per quote. Always the latest.

The same row can change as the quote is sent, opened and signed, so nobody keeps a second copy.

Row 4 of the tracker, for quote Q-2231 to Harbourline Dental, shown at three moments. When the quote is sent the status cell reads Sent. When the client opens it the same cell reads Viewed. When the client signs it reads Signed, the row is marked as won and the last update column shows the time.

More than a status column. It works both ways.

  • You choose the columns.

Pick the row and column each update lands in, so the tracker keeps the shape your team already uses.

  • A row can start the quote.

Client and job details kept in a sheet can populate a new QuoteCloud document.

  • Paid shows up too.

With Stripe connected, a paid invoice can update the same row.

  • Contacts come across in bulk.

Import the contacts you keep in Google Sheets instead of retyping them.

  • Signed PDFs can go to Drive.

A finished document can be saved as a PDF in the Google Drive folder you choose.

Set it up once. No code.

QuoteCloud connects to Google Sheets through Zapier, in three steps.

  1. Choose the QuoteCloud triggerSuch as a new document being created.
  2. Connect your QuoteCloud accountAuthorise it once in Zapier.
  3. Map it to a Google Sheets actionCreate or update a row, test it and turn it on.

An example automation. When a new document is created in QuoteCloud, create a spreadsheet row in Google Sheets, with the document, client and total mapped to columns A, B and C. Other pairings include updating the row when a document is signed.
