What does the QuoteCloud integration with Microsoft OneDrive do?

It files QuoteCloud documents in your OneDrive folders. The signed PDF of a quote, for example, can be saved to that client's folder automatically, so your team finds the final copy where it already keeps client files.

How does QuoteCloud connect to Microsoft OneDrive?

The connection runs through Zapier, with no code to write. You pick a QuoteCloud event as the trigger, such as a new document being created, then a OneDrive action such as Upload File or Create Folder, map the fields, test it and turn it on.

What do I need on the OneDrive side?

A Microsoft account with OneDrive and a folder for the files to land in, plus a Zapier account to run the automation. You sign in to OneDrive from Zapier when you add it as the action app.

Which documents can be saved, and where do they go?

You choose which documents are saved, when and where. Common choices are signed contracts, approved quotes and proposal templates, each filed in the OneDrive folder you nominate.

Can I bring files from OneDrive into QuoteCloud?
