What does the Stripe integration in QuoteCloud do?

It lets you collect online payments and request eSignatures directly from your proposals, quotes and contracts. When a client signs a document, they automatically receive a payment request, and you can set automated reminders.

How do I enable Stripe payments within QuoteCloud?

Connect your own Stripe account from the integrations or payments settings in QuoteCloud, then add the Stripe payment block to a template or an individual document. The block is editable, so you can set payee details, payment terms and how the amount is calculated before you send.

Can QuoteCloud calculate the payment amount from my pricing table?

Yes. The payment amount is filled in automatically with the total from the pricing table in your QuoteCloud document. You can ask for a percentage of that total or set a fixed fee.

Can I collect a deposit or an advance payment when the client signs?

Yes. Set the percentage of the total, or a fixed amount, to be paid when the document is signed. If your client can choose optional items or change quantities, the Stripe payment amount is calculated for what they chose.

How do I know when a document has been paid?

Payment statuses are tracked on your QuoteCloud dashboard. When the payment is received, the document's status changes to Paid automatically.

Is payment processing secure when using Stripe with QuoteCloud?
