Connect QuoteCloud to HubSpot through Zapier and a new deal can start a quote with its contact, company and products filled in. When the buyer opens and signs, the deal's timeline and stage can update without anyone retyping the news.
HubSpot is a CRM for sales and marketing teams, with deals, contacts and companies in one place. QuoteCloud customers keep the pipeline in HubSpot and send the quote, proposal and eSignature from QuoteCloud.
Each one is a trigger in one app and the steps that follow in the other. Build them as they are, or change any step.

Marketing services
Ambergrove Digital
Ambergrove Digital runs SEO, social and paid campaigns, and every new client starts as a HubSpot deal. When Rina Takahashi adds the Kinroy Outdoor Co. retainer deal, a Zap creates the proposal with Elena Marsh as recipient and the monthly services as price-table rows. Rina edits the strategy section, adds a case study from the content library and sends it the same morning.
Ashcombe Partners sends statements of work for strategy and operations projects that are often read by several people before anyone signs. Partner Imogen Hart sent one to Carla Mendes at Wexley Distribution Group. When Carla first opened it, a Zap logged the view on the HubSpot deal, so Imogen called that afternoon while the scope was fresh in Carla's mind.
Tallowood Learning Co. sells leadership and workplace training programs to employers. Program director Imogen Hartley's proposal to Harrowgate Health Partners needs signatures from Leila Hassan and finance lead Tom Whitaker. When the last signature lands, a Zap moves the HubSpot deal to closed won with the signed total, so the pipeline report is right without anyone updating it.
Create a Zap and sign in to QuoteCloud and HubSpot when Zapier asks. Zapier access to QuoteCloud is on the Essentials plan and up.

Choose the trigger
Pick HubSpot's New Deal to start a quote, or a QuoteCloud event such as Recipient First Viewed Document or Document Signing Complete to update the deal.
3
Map the fields
For Create Document, map the deal's contact into the recipient and its details into data items and price-table rows. For Update Deal, map the status and total into the deal stage and amount.
4
Test, then turn it on
Run the Zap with a test deal and a document sent to an @example.com address, check both apps, and switch it on.
Zapier is on QuoteCloud's Essentials plan and up, and each document created through Zapier or the API carries a fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume.
FAQ
QuoteCloud and HubSpot: questions
How does QuoteCloud connect to HubSpot?
Through QuoteCloud's Zapier app, with no code to write. You choose what starts each Zap, such as a new deal in HubSpot or a document being signed in QuoteCloud, and the action that follows. Each Zap is a one-way automation that runs every time its trigger fires, so you build one Zap for each job you want done.
Which HubSpot records can fill a QuoteCloud document?
QuoteCloud works with the information on HubSpot deal, contact and company records. A Zap can start from one of those records and pass the fields you map into your quote or proposal, such as the company name, the contact as recipient and deal details. You choose the fields when you map the Zap, and you can still edit the document before sending.
Can products on the deal become the price table?
Yes, when you map them. Create Document can fill price-table rows at creation with a label, note, price, quantity, term, tax and discount, so each deal product can become a row. Zapier doesn't tick options or choose content blocks; optional items in your template stay for the buyer to tick. Test with a deal that has several products first.
Does the HubSpot deal update when the quote is signed?
It can. QuoteCloud's Document Signing Complete and Recipient Signed Document triggers can start a Zap that finds the deal and runs HubSpot's Update Deal action, for example to move it to closed won and set the amount. First views can be logged too, using Recipient First Viewed Document and HubSpot's Create Engagement action.
What does it cost?
Zapier access is on QuoteCloud's Essentials plan and up. Each document created through Zapier or the API carries a fee of US$2.00, falling to $1.80 and $1.60 at higher volumes. Zaps that only update HubSpot deals or log activity don't create documents, so they carry no QuoteCloud fee. You also need a Zapier plan that covers your task volume.
