What can I brand in QuoteCloud?

Your company logo, your fonts, your colours and the way your documents look. Upload your logo under Details & Branding, add your own typefaces to the Font Book, set a default typography, and style covers, containers, backgrounds, price tables and PDF headers and footers. Save styled sections to your content library and build templates from them, so every proposal and quote starts on brand.

Can I remove the QuoteCloud branding my clients see?

Yes. Under White Labeling you can hide QuoteCloud logos from the document viewer and from the emails your clients receive. Your company logo takes their place at the top of the viewer and at the top of each email, so clients see your brand, not ours.

Can I use my own brand fonts?

Yes. Upload TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2 files to your company Font Book, including whole families with their weights and italics, up to 50 MB per file. Uploaded fonts appear in the editor's font list and can be used in your default typography, documents and templates. Make sure your font licence allows embedding in client documents.

How do themes keep every document consistent?

A theme brings your colours, heading and body fonts and cover style together, so a new proposal starts from your brand instead of a blank page. Combine it with styled templates and content library blocks, and your team can build quotes quickly without anyone reformatting or picking the wrong colour.

Does my branding carry through to PDFs?

Yes. Your fonts, colours and covers carry into the PDF version of each document, and you can add PDF page headers and footers with your logo, dates and legal text. Test a PDF export after uploading a new font to confirm it renders as you expect.

What happens to documents if I change my logo?

Templates and documents that use your company logo and company details pick up the change. Files you have already exported or sent as static PDFs keep the old version, so reissue them from QuoteCloud if they need the new look.

Who on my team can change the branding?

Branding lives in Company Settings, and access is controlled by user roles. Typically only administrators, or roles with Company Settings enabled, can upload logos and fonts or change white labeling, so the brand stays protected while everyone else creates documents with it.
