Contract software that gets agreements signed

Assemble contracts from approved clauses, add the commercial terms, and send one link that every party can sign on any device.

Online contract software lets you draft, approve and sign agreements in one place. In QuoteCloud you start from a contract template, insert approved clauses from your content library (locked so they cannot be edited), add pricing, route it for approval, then send it for legally binding eSignature with a certificate of authenticity and audit trail.

Illustration of a contract with numbered clauses and a signature block in QuoteCloud: “Master services agreement” from Tallow & Reed Consulting for Corvane Logistics. It lists Operations strategy retainer, 12 months, $4,500.00 / mo; Process mapping workshop, 2 days, $6,800.00; Change management support, Optional, $3,200.00. Total $60,800.00. Status: Signed.

How to create a contract and get it signed online

5 steps, start to signature.

  1. Step 1: Start from a contract template

Pick a saved contract template with your layout, branding and standard sections, or save any existing document as a template.

  2. Step 2: Insert approved clauses

Drag clauses from the company content library. Blocks an admin has locked can be used in the contract but not edited.

  3. Step 3: Add pricing and signers

Add fees in a price table, add recipients, and assign an E-Signature block to each person who needs to sign.

  4. Step 4: Route it for approval

If the contract meets a workflow rule, such as a discount or value threshold, clicking Send puts it In Review for the approver first.

  5. Step 5: Send and get it signed

Send by email, by link or sign in person. Signers draw, type or upload a signature, optionally after a one-time passcode.
