When a customer signs, Zapier fetches the signed PDF from QuoteCloud and uploads it to the right SharePoint document library. It can also create the project folder or add an item to a SharePoint list, so the rest of the business sees the win where it already works.

What Microsoft SharePoint is
Microsoft SharePoint is where many Microsoft 365 organisations keep document libraries, lists and team sites. QuoteCloud customers use it as the official home for orders, contracts and agreements.

Manufacturing
Tessmore Engineering
Tessmore Engineering quotes machined parts like QR-220 sensor housing, Rev B, with quantity breaks the customer chooses from. When the customer signs, Zapier uploads the signed PDF to the orders library in SharePoint. Tomasz Nowak, the production manager, and Helen Marsh in quality work from that library, so they see the agreed revision and quantity without asking Callum Reid for the paperwork.
Quillfield IT runs on Microsoft 365, so every project gets a SharePoint folder. When the client signed Microsoft 365 migration & Northgate network refresh, Zapier created the project folder and uploaded the signed statement of work into it. Hannah Sato, the service delivery manager, had the scope in front of her before the kickoff, and Tariq Mansour built the plan from the same file.
Paperbark Reading Trust signs sponsors through documents like Reading Champions partnership 2027. When the sponsor's signers have all signed, Zapier files the agreement in the partnerships library and adds a row to the partners list in SharePoint. Owen Fairlie, the finance and operations manager, reports to the board from that list, and Tess Calloway doesn't have to keep a second spreadsheet.
Add QuoteCloud and Microsoft SharePoint to a new Zap and sign in to each with an account that can write to the site. Zapier access to QuoteCloud is on the Essentials plan and up.

Choose the trigger
Use Document Signing Complete when every signer must have signed, or Recipient Signed Document for each signature.
3
Fetch the PDF and upload it in the same Zap
Add Generate or Fetch Document PDF Link, then SharePoint Upload File into your site and library. The link is short-lived, so upload it straight away.
4
Add a folder or list item, then test
Optionally add Create Folder or Create List Item, test with a real signed document, and turn the Zap on.
QuoteCloud’s Zapier app and API are on the Essentials plan and up. Documents created through the API or Zapier carry a per-document fee of US$2.00, $1.80 or $1.60 by volume.
FAQ
QuoteCloud and Microsoft SharePoint: questions
Does it sync both ways?
No. Each Zap is a one-way automation: a QuoteCloud event, such as a signature, makes Zapier upload a file, create a folder or add a list item in SharePoint. Editing the file or list in SharePoint doesn't change the QuoteCloud document. If you want a SharePoint change to start something in QuoteCloud, build a separate Zap with a SharePoint trigger, such as New or Updated List Item.
Do I need my IT team to set it up?
Possibly. Zapier connects to SharePoint through your Microsoft account, and some organisations require an administrator to approve third-party apps before anyone can sign in. If you see a consent or approval screen, ask your Microsoft 365 administrator. Once it's approved, you choose the site, library and folder in the Zap like any other field.
Why is the PDF uploaded in the same Zap?
The PDF link QuoteCloud gives Zapier is short-lived, so it has to be used straight away. Fetching the link and uploading the file in one Zap means SharePoint stores a real file with your library's permissions and version history, not a link that stops working later.
What does it cost?
Zapier access is on QuoteCloud's Essentials plan and up. Filing signed documents in SharePoint doesn't create documents, so the per-document fee for documents created through Zapier or the API (US$2.00, falling to $1.80 and $1.60 by volume) doesn't apply. You'll need a Zapier plan that allows multi-step Zaps and covers your task volume.
